Description
This skill will automatically be received when a Blacksmith with Adrenaline Rush level 5 receives the Blacksmith Spirit buff. Reduces attack delay of the caster and all party members except for those using long-range weapons. Blacksmiths get a 0.3 reduction, while other classes get 0.25 (Needs confirmation).
