Description
Cast a spell to one's weapon and add MATK to Melee ATK for 5 minutes. Amount of damage is influenced by skill level, Base Level, and INT.
Formula for damage bonus is [(Skill Level x 20 + 100) x (Caster’s Base Level / 150)] + Caster’s INT
