Description

Allow the user to gain spirit spheres when receiving or dealing damage.

The skill consumes some HP when initially cast and cannot be used in combination with Gentle Touch-Convert or Gentle Touch-Revitalize.

Applications

Used with area of effect skills such as Lightning Ride and Rampage Blaster while tanking many monsters at once, Energy Gain practically allows the user to avoid having to use Zen continuously. Suras can also use cheap skills such as Windmill or Earth Shaker when surrounded by monsters to gain spirit spheres in this manner.

Additionally, using Energy Gain before activating Mental Strength may allow the user to maintain spirit spheres until after Mental Strength's duration finishes, making it possible to immediately cast it again.

Notes

• This effect works in conjunction with normal attacks and skills.
• The user cannot have more spirit spheres than allowed by their level of Rising Dragon.
