Shattering Storm (Alt: Shatter Storm) is an Expanded 2nd class offensive skill available as Rebel.

Effect

Sprays heavy gunfire into a single target to inflict ranged physical damage to all enemies around the target. It has a chance of breaking enemies' equipment, which is affected by the user's DEX and enemies' AGI. Each use consumes three coins.
