Concerning the "range" value

Currently it accepts the following strings:
If value is is "Melee", Category:Melee Skills
If value is "Magic", Category:Magic Skills
If value is numeric, Category:Ranged Skills
Some editors have completely ignored this, and put stuff like "2 cells" or "3 cells", which obviously made a skill (like occult impact and weapon repair lol) listed under Category:Ranged Skills automatically. Edited some of these to say Melee. But this is obviously STILL wrong for some, like the land enchant skills or marionette control, which shouldn't be classified as either ranged or melee, since no reduction type affects them as they are not of offensive nature. Hence the inclusion of range_x, which is simply a non-conditional value, that displays Range: in the info box, and no additional category. This should be a temporary solution, until a better conditional system is devised.

Also please don't add 2/3 cells as range in case of skills that have a range smaller than 4 cells, as anti-sniping gears will not work against them. They are obviously of melee nature, which defines them as having less than 4 cells range. Of course there are some special cases like Killing Stroke and Brandish Spear, but this is why range_x was made. You can indicate exact range with them and add the Category:Melee Skills (as both of them are, and not reduced by anti-sniping/blocked by SW whatsoever) manually.

About 'animation' and 'rangemagic' variables

What were those variables exactly for? 'Animation' isn't clear at all because apparently 'delay' already covers its use (when it equals "ASPD Based") and 'rangemagic' has no definition at all. Not to mention that 'rangemagic' does not use any Category, unlike 'range', which uses one of 3 depending on its value.
