Wind Sign is a 4th class debuff skill available to Windhawks.
Effect
This skill will leave a Wind Sign debuff on the target. Normal, long-ranged physical attacks on this target creates a chance of restoring the user's AP. The visual effect of this debuff will persist even if their target is under Hiding, Cloaking, and Cloaking Exceed.
