Wiki Formatting - Level 1 Cookbook

I altered Cook Book Level 1 with a little wiki markup, it doesn't look too neat though. I didn't change the rest, because I want to find an agreeable format before applying it to the rest. Destrielve 15:23, 24 July 2010 (MDT)
