Description

Increase the character's movement speed while carrying a Pushcart.

Decrease AGI and Cart Boost mutually cancel each other out. If you have Cart Boost status and someone successfully decreases your agility, you must use Cart boost once to cancel Decrease AGI and once more to receive the Cart Boost status again.
Movespeed does not stack with Increase AGI.
Slow Grace does not cancel Cart Boost.
Dispell does not cancel Cart Boost.
