In the 1 o'clock direction in Juno, in the Sage Acadamy, there should be an NPC near the entrance to talk to. He will require some items: 10 Scorpion Tails 12 Rainbow Shells 7 Horns 10 Snail Shells 4 Blank Scrolls 2. Once you bring the required items, he will teach the skill to you. Elemental Change Quest Sage Skill Quest Requirements Base Level: None Job Level: 40 Class: Sage Skill Requirements: Level 1 of Wanted Endow Item(s) (Consumed): 20 Elemental Stones (Varies), 1 Payon Solution, 1 Morroc Solution Rewards Quest Reward(s): Ability to use Elemental Change 1. The items required to learn elemental change depends on which element you elect to learn. Depending on which you chose, you will be required to gather 20 stones of that element. Earth Elemental Change: 20 Green Lives Wind Elemental Change: 20 Wind of Verdures Fire Elemental Change: 20 Red Bloods Water Elemental Change: 20 Crystal Blues 2. In addition to the stones, you will also need one Payon Solution and one Morroc Solution. Once you have the required items, you will be taught the Elemental Change skill corresponding to the element you picked.
