You can also talk to Seafood at Eden Group moc_para013719 and teleport there for one Fresh Octopus Leg during the event.

  1. Talk to Octopus Festival Staff Malangdo160139.
  2. Talk to Roin Malangdo164138.
  3. Talk to Octopus Festival Staff again. He mentions about rats overrunning the festival and asks you to check on the Warnut on the island.
  4. Go to Malangdo240196 and you'll automatically talk to the Warnut. It'll ask you to check the status of the other Warnut at Prontera.
  5. Go to Prontera13041 and you'll automatically talk to the next Warnut. It'll ask you to check the status of the other one in Payon.
  6. Go to Payon216105 and you'll automatically talk to the last Warnut.
  7. Kill 10 What a cheap Rat in any map with monsters during the event.
  8. Report back to Roin Malangdo164138 and he will give you a random rewards, 1 A bundle of shiny hair, and 5 Warnut's Chocolate.
    • To repeat the quest, talk to Roin after the cooldown have passed. The quest will be started from step 7.
    • Roin will remove the quest cooldown immediately if the player give him a Silvervine Fruit.
    • New Year Headgear Machine Malangdo167139 will give a Costume Bull Head if the player give it 5 A bundle of shiny hair.

  1. Bring Fresh Octopus Leg to Mimyo malangdo206145 in Malangdo. Once Mimyo receives 2,021 Fresh Octopus Leg from the server, there will be a server-wide announcement stating the beginning of the festival. The festival lasts until the supply of Fresh Octopus Legs runs out and Mimyo requests another 2021 of them.
  2. At Malangdo164130 interact with the Delicious Looking Food or Well Roasted Octopus Leg (you can only pick one).
  3. A Fresh Octopus Leg will be consumed for 10 Donut. Come back in 30 minutes to get more donuts.

  1. Head to the Payon Inn Payon219112 and Hyul will automatically talk to you.
  2. Talk to Hyul again, twice, and help him clean the mess.
  3. Check out the Cauldron Payon225109. It allows the player to create 2 items:
  4. Talk to Hyul and he'll want to deliver the Freshly Boiled Octopus Rice Cake Soup to one of the elders. The Elder NPCs are in the following order each day:

  6. Head back to Payon219112 and talk with Hyul again after 20 hours to repeat the quest again.
  7. After delivering the Tteokguk to the last npc in Payon, you will receive 23683.png 5 Lucky Bag and 22538.png 5 Hanbok bag.
