Snow Flower Festival Initial Quest

1. Speak to Snow Festa Manager Winter in aldebaran174164
2. Collect 10 Magican Snow Flower from Aldebaran Siroma.
3. Return to Snow Festa Manager Winter and receive a random buff and a random prize.
4. Buffs:
   1. 1. Snow: Recover HP 5%, increase HIT+30 for 10 minutes
      2. Winter: Recover HP 5%, increase ATK+10% for 10 minutes
      3. Festi: Recover HP 5%, increase Attack Speed for 10 minutes (Decreases After Attack Delay by 10%)
      4. Flora: Recover HP 5%, increase MATK+10% for 10 minutes

1. Talk to Illusion Snow Magician Marin aldebaran172162. Collect 10 Magican Snow Flower and 1 Carrot and come back.
2. Talk to Cotti aldebaran124238. Collect 10 Warm Cotton and come back.
3. Talk to Twinkle and Bling aldebaran217212 and collect 10 Snow Festa Card Pack.
4. Talk to Sparkle and Elder aldebaran162127 and collect 3 Potato (not Sweet Potato), 3 Milk, and 4 Blue Cards that spell L O V E.
   1. When you open them, they create character-bound letter cards. Twinkle and Bling will give you a word that you will need to spell out using those cards.
