Defeat 10 Sweet Drops and obtain 20 Stolen Cocoa Beans.
Report back to Chocolate and give them 20 Stolen Cocoa Beans.
Reward: 20 Sweets Festival Coins, and one of the following sweets:
Turn in 20 more Stolen Cocoa Beans to receive an additional 30 Sweets Festival Coins and another random sweet item.

Find Festival Chairman Chocolate in prontera16398.
You will be given 5 Product Chocolates and a list of locations to visit.
Chocolate will also ask you to retrieve special products prepared by each store when you visit them.
Make your deliveries to the shops in:

- You can do them in any order that you wish.
- After each delivery, you can buy more of their sweets or exchange 10 Sweets Festival Coins to draw a random sweet from them.
- Along with the sweets you've already seen from the quests, here are other items that you can draw when you exchange the 10 Sweets Festival Coins:

  - (Not for Sale) Lucky Candy

After you've finished deliveries, Find Festival Chairman Chocolate again prontera16398.
Chocolate will reward you with 10 Sweets Festival Coins and ask you to do one final delivery.
Deliver all the sweets you collected to different children. You will be given another list of NPCs to visit.
Don't give into the temptation of eating the sweets yourself, or you will have to cover the costs for replacements!

You can exchange 30 Sweets Festival Coins for sweets with your name engraved on them!

The Sweets Festival is the only known time for obtaining Sweet Drops cute pets, obtained from evolving Drops pets.
Evolution requires use of Sweets Festival Coins, which can only be obtained during the Sweets Festival, and are deleted after the event concludes.
