1. Talk to Security Guard at Eclage field ecl_fild01100323 and select "Fill out the forms." fill in the text boxes that appear. He will direct the player to Immigration Officer.

   

2. Talk to Immigration Officer, they will ask the player to wait while they complete the documents.

   

3. Speak to Immigration Officer again and a party of adventurers will disrupt the conversation. The officer will tell the player to speak to the guard again.
4. Return to the Security Guard ecl_fild01111320 and he grant the player access to Eclage.
