Event Notice

1. Talk to the old man south of the fountain in Geffen (120,41).
2. He suggests you check the first level of the Payon Dungeon.
3. In the northeast corner of the first level of the Payon Dungeon, talk to the Paladin who asks you to hunt 10 Zombies and 10 Skeletons.
4. Once you have defeated them, return to the Paladin who asks you to check four other locations (can be done in any order):
   • The first level of the Sunken Ship.
   • The Glast Heim St. Abbey (152,102).
   • The second level of the Geffen Dungeon (227,117).
   • The second level of the Orc Dungeon.
5. In the first level of the Sunken Ship, enter the first room to your right and talk to the portal of darkness.
6. Defeat 20 Pirate Skeletons and return to the portal to weaken it.
7. Travel to the Glast Heim St. Abbey and walk north until you find another portal of darkness.
8. Defeat 20 Evil Druids and return to the portal to weaken it.
9. Go to the second level of Geffen Dungeon and find the portal of darkness north of the entrance to floor 3 (behind a building).
10. Defeat 20 Ghouls and return to the portal to weaken it.
11. Go to the second level of Orc Dungeon and talk to the portal of darkness in the dead-end to the center-south (this one is kind of hard to see).
12. Defeat 20 Orc Skeletons and return to the portal.
13. Once you have talked to the last portal, you'll be warped into a forest maze.
14. Make your way to the southwest corner and talk to the Dark Lord.
15. You will be warped out, in front of an NPC to the west of Geffen.
16. Talk to the Paladin, who asks you to investigate Amatsu.
17. Head to Amatsu and find the witch in the northwest corner of town (castle grounds.)
18. She will summon a Firelock Soldier on you. Kill it and return to the Paladin west of Geffen.
19. He tells you about an imminent attack on Geffen and asks you to talk to a guard standing in front of the Geffen Tower.
