Talk to Member of Happy Egg Festival Yulata yuno175162 and accept her request to hunt 3 Happy Eggs.
Return to her after successfully hunting and she will reward you with 2 Clover Ticket.

This quest or instance can be repeated.

Chat with Festival Deco Expert Luluphant yuno165153 and agree to bring 3 Happy Three Leaf Clover.
After hunting the items from Clover Poporing or Clover Lunatics, give Festival Deco Expert the clovers and you will be rewarded with 2 Clover Ticket.

Note: Happy Three Leaf Clovers are NOT character bound, despite the description.

Find Frowny at the very west of Juno yuno34193 and take his mission.
He tells you about "spies" and sends you to investigate Yulata and Luluphant. (If you've done the quests above already he sends to the University.)
Go back to him and he tells you to check the "enemy camp. Go to Schweitzerville Academy. yuno323280
Go inside the building and find Salem. yuno_in17453
Salem asks you to pick a pet to take outside for a walk.
Go outside and a prompt will pop up telling you where to go on the map. Find all the locations.
Go back to Salem and he will ask you a survey. Answer it and get 2 Clover Tickets. This unlocks the daily quest with Salem
Go to the north portal above Salem then turn right, you'll find Zilean. yuno_in171170. She'll ask you to fetch some ingredients.
Go to Prontera and find Ian prontera266155. Talk to him and he'll give you Solid Chocolate.
Move to Izlude and find Sheran izlude161148, he'll give you Almond.
Hand over the ingredients to Zilean and she'll reward you with 2 Clover tickets. This unlocks the daily quest with Zilean
Report back to Frowny at the new meeting point in the square yuno144151. Demand an explanation.
Frowny apologises and offers you a Costume Robin Egg Mini Hat.
