Main Storyline
The Climb Of The Thanatos Tower
After the monster outbreak in Thanatos Tower and its surroundings, triggered by an unknown event in Einbroch, the adventurer was hired by the Rekenber Corporation to identify and eliminate the cause.
Ascending the tower level by level, the adventurer battled creatures that had long slumbered, including fallen angels. Upon reaching the summit, he discovered the remnants of Thanatos, the guardian of the seal imprisoning Satan Morroc.
Following a fierce battle, the adventurer defeated Thanatos. However, this victory unknowingly weakened the seal that contained Satan Morroc within his dimensional rift, causing fragments of the demon to begin materializing in the world.
The Battle For Morroc
Satan Morroc began to materialize slowly after the defeat of Thanatos in the destroyed and phase-shifting areas where Thanatos originally defeated him. His fragments started to attack the nearby city of Morroc, spreading chaos and fear.
Desperate to fend off these attacks, the city dispatched Continental Messengers to recruit volunteers. These volunteers were needed not only to repel the assaults but also to prevent Satan Morroc from fully materializing or, if possible, to destroy him once and for all.
The adventurer encountered one such Messenger in a distant city and decided to volunteer for the mission.
Upon arriving in Morroc, the adventurer was met by Chief Balrog, the leader of the guards. Balrog, determined to test the adventurer's abilities and support the soldiers' war efforts, assigned him various tasks to organize resources. Only after completing these errands was the adventurer granted the papers needed to confront Satan Morroc directly.
The adventurer then ventured into the heart of the space-time rift, challenging and ultimately defeating Satan Morroc. He returned to Chief Balrog with a piece of Satan Morroc's skin as proof of his victory, along with the information that the demon had retreated into the rift and would not pose a threat for some time. This triumph earned the adventurer the gratitude of Morroc and an official invitation from the royal house of Prontera to join in the celebrations there.
Banquet of Heroes
The adventurer accepted the invitation and entered the royal castle of Prontera, where he was greeted as a hero by Morroc for his victory over Satan Morroc. He was provided with a servant, Chamberlain Bell, and a private room for the duration of the celebrations.
After showing the adventurer to his quarters, Bell explained that the ceremony was being held to declare a new king after the unexpected death of the old one. The adventurer was invited as a neutral observer and was encouraged to familiarize himself with the noble families.
As he mingled with the nobles, the adventurer learned about their concerns and assisted them with small tasks or promised to help in the future. He noticed a dispute within the Heine family and observed that the Nerius family appeared to be on good terms with Nyhill, a son of the Heine family.
That night, as the adventurer returned to his chambers, he overheard a conspiratorial conversation between two individuals leaving Nyhill's room. The next day, during the main festivities, he engaged with the guests until Nyhill was suddenly overcome by nausea and retreated to his chambers.
Concerned, the adventurer, along with Skia, went to check on Nyhill. They overheard two figures discussing their success in drugging Nyhill and their mission before disappearing. After ensuring Nyhill's safety, the adventurer and Skia returned to their rooms.
The following day, the court magician Nillem visited the adventurer and escorted him to the Royal Library, and then to the Coronation Room to witness the declaration of the new king.
During the coronation ceremony, chaos erupted when the proclaimed heir to the throne, Peter von Heine, was fatally wounded, and bandits attacked, demanding Ymir's Heart. Though the attackers were repelled, any help for Peter came too late. Konecker Heine dismissed the noble families to investigate the situation.
After the incident, Ian Walther accused the adventurer of being involved in the attack, revealing that during the chaos, the Terra Gloria and the Star of Blessing, ancient relics of the royal house of Prontera, had been stolen.
Nyhill from the Heine family admitted that he might have revealed the details of the coronation ceremony's place and time while he was drugged, thereby exonerating the adventurer from suspicion.
After the last guests of the coronation ceremony departed, the adventurer had a brief interaction with Mage Nillem and his librarian friend Lindt. During their discussion, they discovered that the book chronicling Prontera's history contained blank spaces.
Returning to his chambers, the adventurer found an invitation from the Nerius family.
He met with the Nerius family to discuss recent events and plan their next steps. After formulating a strategy, the adventurer was tasked with seeking approval from Kronecker G. Heine. Kronecker not only endorsed the plan but also recommended that the adventurer work closely with Mage Nillem.
Upon returning to his room, he found Skia and Nihil waiting, ready to discuss the next steps.

Side Storylines
Sarah Irene
Sara's Memory
Sarah Irene, also known as Sara Irene and Sarah Erene, is a recurring character encountered during the travelers' adventures into the past. Sarah is a young girl, the daughter of the leader of Payon Doyen Irene and a foreign mother. She lived in Payon until the tragic day when her mother was assassinated, and her father was mistakenly blamed by the adventurer for the murder.
Due a misunderstanding and an effort to protect Sarah, her father sent the Payon town guards to attack the adventurer and later confronted the adventurer himself. The adventurer, believing they were trying to harm Sarah, fought back. Amid the chaos, Sarah, clearly traumatized, escaped to the bridge leading out of Payon. There, she was found by two mysterious figures who took her with them and banished the adventurer back to his timeline after he had cleared the misunderstanding and tried to follow Sarah.
Sarah remained unseen and unheard of until the dark army of Himmelnez attacked Prontera.
