This skill doesn't seem to guarantee at least 6 lesser elemental stones anymore when breaking down full ones. I just got 5 and 3 a while ago. In-game description says the breakdown will be random. When was this changed.

can use this quest instead to downgrade ore, guaranteed 6 at least
