Talk:Slyness

I've heard this skill is usable in Player vs. Player environments, but the article doesn't mention anything about it. I don't have it yet on my rogue (80's Hair Metal, iRO Valkyrie), so can someone else confirm or deny the functionality of Slyness in PVP so it can be put up in this article?
