Effect
Places a temporary buff on a single target that bestows Double Attack with any weapon at cost of draining 1 SP each second. Each cast consumes 1 Shadow Orb.
Increases Kunai Explosion, Kunai Splash, Cross Slash and Swirling Petal damage by 20%.
