Sage Job Change Guide

We have an entire article (see Sage Job Change Guide) devoted to this subject. The section for it on this page was intended to be very brief and give few details. Perhaps we need to adjust the link to the job change article so its not as easy to miss? (imho, the italics can make it hard to recognize its a link.)

Anyways, I'm reverting these additions to the section. They might be useful on the job change article.
