Clarification
Right now it is hard to tell if it means you or the player you are attacking has 20% or less health. I have never used a Taekwon master so I can't confirm what's true. Can someone who knows what happens make it more clear?
- It means if the TKM in Union that is attacking is at <20% HP. --Resplendent 13:18, 15 August 2010 (MDT)
