This quest IS really disabled??
Yes, the new novice training grounds with renewal mechanics eliminates the *need* to do the first class Job Change quests.
However, if people (foolishly) bypass the novice training grounds, they MUST still complete the normal Job Change quests.

It would be more prudent to mark all First Job Quests with a paragraph noting the caveat the benefits of the Novice Training Grounds, namely the ability to bypass the first job change quests with less effort and time.
