Skill Descriptions

We usually clean them up so they're more succinct, add in links to relevant pages, and make tables as small as possible while being understandable. You're doing fine though! You'll pick it up as you gain experience. And Re: the skill name, I wasn't aware it was different (since I don't have the skill names in front of me) so feel free to change it.
