- Talk to O'Reily (/navi hugel 97/163) in Hugel and you'll probably be given one of two quest paths. There is a small chance of an alternate path where O'Reily simply falls asleep during the initial conversation and you are able to pick his pockets.
- If O'Reily mentions the Knight, then you will proceed to the Strange Knight, Quest Path B.
- If he mentions Dr. Azzy, then you will proceed to talk to the alchemist Dr. Azzy, Quest Path A.
- The Quest NPC for the quest that you didn't get will remain inactive.
Quest Path A
- Talk to Dr. Azzy (/navi hugel 74/165). He will attempt to create a calming drink for O'Reily.
- Pay 10,000 zeny or bring 1 Dragon Tail, 2 Dragon Canine, 5 White Herb.
- There is a significant chance of failure, so more materials or zeny may be needed.
- Talk to O'Reily and receive EXP, 10 Green Ale and St. Patrick's Hat
Quest Path B
- Talk to Strange Knight (/navi hugel 108/40) near Hugel Gate. Help him protect the Food.
- Go to Hugel Grocery Store (/navi hugel 92/166), second floor and kill 15 Grain Fed Cramp.
- They are protective of their right to feed and resent your intrusion; if you can Camouflage yourself, this will be helpful in killing them.
- Lower level characters may choose to party with others to kill these cramps as all members of the party receive credit no matter who struck the killing blow.
- If you proceed up the narrow steps to beyond the 3rd floor, you will be rewarded with an animated view of the "rube goldberg" device used to power the driveshaft that in turn powers the mill on the first floor.
- Talk to Strange Knight again.
- Talk to O'Reily
- Talk to Jorge (/navi hugel 183/ 108) and he'll ask you to bring a Guitar [0] to practice with. These can be purchased at the Comodo weapon shop. The guitar will be returned to you.
- Talk to O'Reily
- Talk to Dr. Azzy. He will attempt to create a calming drink for O'Reily.

- Talk to O'Reily and receive EXP, 10 Green Ale and St. Patrick's Hat
