2. Talk to the Recruiter prt_in88105, choose "Volunteer."
   • He'll warp you to outside the Culverts, and give you 3 Red Potions, 1 Milk, 1 Orange Potion.
   • The Culvert Guardian prt_fild05270212 will now let you enter the Prontera Culverts.
