Entering the Instance
The instance is accessed from the space-time Dimensional Gap on the second floor.
Talk to Professor Bernhard to book the instance, and Dimensional Device to enter.

- Note: It's needed to talk to Professor Bernhard after the instance to start the instance cooldown timer.

Walkthrough
- When party leader approaches Fenris Fenrir, dialogue will automatically begin. The character who approached Fenrir will be unable to move for a short period.
- A group of red Mutant Galion monsters will appear and attack. Either kill them or let Fenrir kill them.
- Fenris Fenrir will resume talking. After she's done, have party leader speak to her.
- Fenrir will talk some more until she disappears. A portal to south appears, go through it.
- Move to the bottom-center of the map.
- It is fine to ignore the Wicked Chimeras.
- About 10 minutes after starting the instance, Sarah will begin attacking the player (in a deadly fashion). Reach the next part before this happens.
- At bottom-center, have party leader talk to Fenris Fenrir. Party leader will be unable to move, use skills, or consume potions, vulnerable to being attacked.
- Fenrir will disappear and ask you to meet her at the top-left of the map (a red marker will show on your mini-map). This is optional.
- There are now two routes you can take for this instance:
- Route 1: Hunt Shard of Gigantes / idle for 5 minutes (suggested route)
- Route 2: Help Fenrir
- Note: It's possible for experienced players to do both routes with high enough DPS.
Route 1: Hunt Shard of Gigantes
- Note: Next part of the instance continues after 5 minutes no matter what, so ignoring to hunt Shards of Gigantes and going AFK is a choice too.
- There are six Ancient Gigantes, each on the parapet towers of Glast Heim. It will always drop a Shard of Gigantes and a chance to drop Gigantes Card.
- Two Ancient Medium Gigantes spawn along with the Ancient Gigantes.
- All Gigantes monsters are boss class monsters.
- Mutant Gargoyles spawn at the stairs after facing each Ancient Gigantes.
- After 5 minutes, Fenrir will make an announcement. A portal will open at the top-center of the map, leading to Glast Heim castle.
- Head to the portal at top-center.
Route 2: Help Fenrir
- Note: This route is suggested only for farming Sarah's Battle Robe [1] and chance for Gigantes Card.
- Physical and Magical type damage are needed to acquire drops for this route.
- Go to the marked spot on the upper-left of the mini map.
- To reach there, go all the way west, then north directly.
- Speak to Fenris Fenrir to open the portal, then enter it.
- Once inside, talk to Fenris Fenrir to trigger some dialogue and to summon the following monsters:
- Gigantes (one is physical damage immune while the other is magical damage immune).
- Wicked Mutant Dragon (many of these spawn every several seconds, Fenrir will help kill them).
- Mutant Galion ((many of these spawn every several seconds, Fenrir will help kill them too).
- Defeat both Gigantes to continue.
- Fenrir will defeat both Gigantes after 5 minutes, so lacking damage will not be a complete failure. However, loot doesn't drop if Fenrir kills it.
- Both Gigantes have a chance of dropping a card.
- After defeating both Gigantes, you will be teleported out of that area on the other side.
- Have party leader talk to Fenris Fenrir and she'll ask for help
- Walk down and right to the center bridge's portal where Fenrir will be waiting.
Walkthrough (continued)
- Note: Party leader has 5 minutes to enter the portal. Otherwise, Fenrir will defeat Sarah and you will miss out on the boss fight.
- After entering the portal, talk to Fenris Fenrir.
- Head up the stairs and enter the portal at top. Talk to Fenris Fenrir to start scenes between Sarah and Fenrir.
- Wait for about 5 minutes for Fenrir to damage Sarah enough until she is in critical condition.
- Every 30 seconds or so, Large Gigantes (Physical Immune) will spawn on the left side while Large Gigantes (Magical Immune) will spawn on the right side.
- Once Sarah is in critical condition, you have 50 seconds to kill her. Check tips sections below.
- After Sarah is defeated, you get warped out of the battle area. Talk to Fenris Fenrir.
- You have 5 minutes to "escape" back to the entrance of the instance. Make your way to the bottom of the map, then the bottom right, then up to the top right.
- After 5 minutes, any party member that doesn't escape from the inner section of the map will be killed and killed again if resurrected.
- Sarah Irine will make announcement about her "wrath burn bright within Glast Heim" when the 5 minutes has passed.
- Talk to Fenris Fenrir to receive 1 Yggdrasil Seed and Yggdrasilberry.
- Exit the instance through the portal to the right and talk to Professor Bernhard to start the instance cooldown.
Tips
While Fenrir is Damaging Sarah
- Before entering the portal to start the final battle, it is also possible to sneak up around the stairs to be out of range of damage and monsters. Your camera angle will be far enough to talk to Fenris Fenrir.
- Sarah Irine is not a normal nor boss type monster. She is Medium sized and Human race.
- Sarah casts wide AoE:
- Stone Curse
- Sleep
- SP drain
- Your attacks will barely hurt Sarah, so it's better to stay safe and let Fenrir damage Sarah until she's low HP.
How to Tell Sarah is in Critical Condition
- At the start of the scene between Sarah and Fenrir, hit Sarah Irine once so her HP bar shows up.
- It takes about 5 minutes for Fenrir to damage Sarah into critical condition.
- Keep watch on Sarah Irine's HP bar. Once it's yellow, Fenrir will cast 1 long spell.
- After that long spell, her HP bar will be empty and she is in critical condition.
- Fenrir will also say in public chat:
- Now! Sarah is nearly defeated! Unleash the final blow, now! Attack swiftly! She is strong!
- I will prepare one last spell in case you cannot finish her!
- A long cast time bar will appear above Fenrir as she prepares the final spell.
Defeating Sarah in Critical Condition
- Skills do not work on Sarah, only normal attacks can hurt her for 1 damage each.
- Sarah in critical condition needs to take a total of 200 damage within 50 seconds.
- If Sarah is not dead in 50 seconds, Fenrir will finish casting that long spell to kill Sarah and no drops will be given.
- High Perfect Dodge and Attack Speed are recommended stats for fighting Sarah.
- Temporal Boots with Speed of Light Enchant

Item Rewards and Enchantment
After completing the instance for the first time, talk to Professor Bernhard to receive a reward. He will offer you a free accessory. You can choose between Sarah's Left Earring and Sarah's Right Earring.
Assistant Professor will offer to sell you a new Sarah's Left Earring or Sarah's Right Earring in exchange for 1 Shard of Gigantes.
You may instead enchant an earring (of the two types that can be purchased here) you have equipped. Enchantment will cost four (4) Shard of Gigantes.
