Official Guild Approval

Official Guild Approval (Alt: Approval) is a special passive skill available to Guild masters.

Effect

Allows a guild to participate in the War of Emperium, War of Emperium 2, and War of Emperium TE. Without this skill, no one in the guild will be able to hit the Emperium regardless of their Hit Rate.
