Crazy Uproar (Alt: Loud Exclamation) is a 1st class active skill available as Merchant. This skill can only be learned through a certain quest.
Effect
Shouts loudly to increase party members Strength by 4 and ATK by 30 temporarily.
Notes
- This skill is canceled by Quagmire.
- The ATK bonus is strangely behaving as ExtraATK in the ATK formula.
