Howling of Chulho (Alt: Howling of Chulho) is a 4^th Expanded class offensive skill available as Spirit Handler.

Effect

Inflicts ranged physical damage to enemies within the surrounding range by roaring with all the strength of Chulho.

• Inflicts the Hogogong effect to the targets for 12 seconds.
• Damage is additionally increased according to the Mystical Creature Mastery level, the caster's Base Level and POW.
• If Commune with Chulho has been learned, it increases the skill's damage and AoE.
