Description
Paint a whirling yellow symbol on the ground. Any player or monster that enters the 5x5 area around it has a chance to be inflicted with Chaos. Monsters will also randomly switch targets. This skill can not be cast directly under another player or monster, however it can be cast on an adjacent cell.
Requires character to have Paint Brush, and consumes 2 Surface Paint.
