Description
Paint a red symbol on the ground, any characters inside the 7x7 symbol receive the Frenzy status. Requires character to have 1 Paint Brush, and consume 2 Surface Paint.
You can only have 1 Bloody Lust down at a time, if you attempt to put another one, it will cancel the first and replace it.
