Description
Enter a state of harmony with another player or monster. Doing so will reduce all stats of the caster and the target for 60 seconds. An instrument is required to cast this skill.

Notes
- Stats are reduced by (Skill Level * 5) + 5.
- Skill overrides all other buffs (food, equipment, buffs, etc).
- Can be cast on self.
- Can be used to remove and be removed by other performer Group A Songs.
- Level 5 is now the best level to use when used to debuff in pvp (as opposed to level 1 before the balance patch).
