Description
Increases attack rate (ASPD) of all players in the area of effect (7x7 cells) by (10+SkillLV)% for a duration of 120 seconds. Attack speed increase is affected by the caster's AGI and level of Music Lessons. The skill stacks with Speed Potions but not with Adrenaline Rush and it will not affect players who are using Bows.
