Description
Decrease attack and movement speed of all enemies within the area of effect, canceling the effects of any skill which provides a bonus to said stats. ASPD penalty is affected by the dancer's DEX and level of Dance Lessons and Movement Speed penalty is affected by the Dancer's AGI and level of Dance Lessons.
