Description
Grants the character a small chance to destroy the weapon or armor of a target on a hit. Against monsters, it grants a small chance of lowering either their attack or defense. Cannot be used against boss monsters. Can only be used on one monster at a time.

Notes
- Stacks with normal melee attacks, Cart Revolution, and Mammonite.
- Does not stack with High Speed Cart Ram, the effect of any damage reflecting equipment such as High Orc Card and Valkyrian Manteau, or the Tomahawk Throwing skill.
- Cannot be Dispelled.
