Talisman of Blue Dragon (Alt: Talisman of Blue Dragon) is a 4^th expanded class active skill available as Soul Ascetic.

Effect

Throws an amulet imbued the power of Cheongnyong, guardian deity of the east, to the target and inflicts Neutral elemental magic damage to it and apply Blessing of the East effect to yourself.

• Inflicts more damage when the caster is under the effect of Blessing of the Four Directions.
• Damage is additionally increased according to the Talisman Mastery, the caster's Base Level and SPL.
• The damage element is according on the used Mild Wind.
