Description
Increase the slots available to Reading Spellbook. When spells are frozen, SP slowly drains depending on the number of spells. Each level increases the available slots by 4.

Applications
- Freezing Spell is not a requirement to use Reading Spellbook. A high-level Warlock will have enough INT and Base Level to memorize one or two of each spell. As such, players tight on skill points often discard Freezing Spell.
- Due to the high slot cost of Comet and Tetra Vortex, Freezing Spell is needed to memorize more than one.
