All in the Sky (Alt: All in the Sky) is a 4th expanded class active skill available as Sky Emperor.
Effect
Accumulates all of the celestial energy into the caster's feet then dashes to the target and kicks it with all might, inflicting melee physical damage to the target.
- If the target is a Player, the target's AP is lowered to 0
- If it's a Demi-Human or Demon race monster, it attacks 3 times.
- Damage is additionally increased according to the caster's Base Level and POW
- Has a chance to inflict half of the total Critical Damage according to the caster's Critical chance.
