Rising Sun (Alt: Rising Sun) is a 4th Expanded class active skill available as Sky Emperor.

Effect

Gathers the power of the sun which illuminates the day, inflicting melee physical damage to the target.

  • The Sunrise Sunrise, Noon Noon and Sunset Sunset effects are applied to the caster sequentially.
    • (However, after Sunset Sunset, only the power of the Moon can travel through the sky).
  • Damage is additionally increased according to the Sky Mastery level, the caster's Base Level and POW.
