1. Talk to Sign payon215202 east of Payon.

   

2. Follow the navigation to the east of Mjolnir Dead Pits.
   • For VIP, talk to Kafra in Geffen or use the Dungeon Teleporter inside Eden Group to teleport to Mjolnir Dead Pits (mjolnir_02)
3. Talk to Eunha mjolnir_03283252, and he will teleport you to Veins

   

4. Talk to Troubled Person veins236110 in Veins.

   

   • He will ask you to collect:
     • 3 Sticky Poison
     • 3 Maneater Root
     • 20 Maneater Blossom
   • You can go 1 south of Veins and collect these.
   • Return back to Veins and submit the items.
   • He will teleport you to Einbech.
5. Go to the north near Einbech Mines and talk to Troubled Person einbech155243 and agree to help him.

   

   • He will ask you to kill 10 White Mineral (Located in Einbech Mine Dungeon Floor 3 ein_dun0219250.
   • Return back to the man and he will send you to a man in Morroc.
   • You will be automatically teleported to Morroc.
6. Talk to the Troubled Person, M morroc23573 in Morroc.

   

   • He will ask you to check several suspicious areas in the desert and find the needle.
   • Five marked spots will be provided from which one of them will randomly have the needle.

7. Once you have found the needle, return back to Troubled Person, M.
   • He will teleport you to Payon.
8. Talk to the Sign payon216202 in Payon and Heeun will show up.
   • He will ask you to rush back to Eunha mjolnir_03283252 in Mjolnir Dead Pits.

   

9. Talk to Eunha mjolnir_03283252.
   • You need to be in a party of your own / need to be party leader.
   • Reserve the instance by asking Eunha to Please open door to Celestial Branch Office.
   • Talk to him again and enter the instance.
   • Instance Cooldown Quest Name: Celestial Branch Office
10. Talk to Eunha again after entering the instance and listen to a dialogue between him and Heeun.

    

11. Follow the navigation down south and talk to Eunha again.

    

12. After the dialogue, Heeun will attack you.
    • Defeat him and talk to Eunha again.
13. Follow navigation back up north. Talk to Eunha again.
    • He will change you to Sky Emperor after the dialogue ends and teleport you out of the instance.
