• Instance Cooldown Quest Name: Celestial Branch Office

1. Talk to Sign in east of Payon at payon215202

2. Follow the navigation to the east of Mjolnir Dead Pits and talk to "Eunha" at mjolnir_03283252

• He will teleport you to Veins

3. Talk to Troubled Person in Veins at veins236110

• He will ask you to collect -
  • 3 Sticky Poison
  • 3 Maneater Root
  • 20 Maneater Blossom
• You can go 1 south of Veins and collect these.

4. Return back to Veins and submit the items.

• He will teleport you to Einbech.

5. Go to the north near Einbech Mines and talk to Troubled Person at einbech155243 and agree to help him.

• He will ask you to kill 10 White Mineral.

6. Return back to the man and he will send you to a man in Morroc.

• You will be automatically teleported to Morroc.

7. Talk to the "M" in Morroc at morroc23573.

8. He will ask you to check several suspicious areas in the desert and find the needle.

• Five marked spots will be provided from which one of them will randomly have the needle.

9. Once you have found the needle, return back to "M".

• He will teleport you to Payon.

10. Talk to "Heeun" in Payon at payon216202.

• He will ask you to rush back to "Eunha".

11. Talk to "Eunha" again at mjolnir_03283252

• You need to be in a party of your own / need to be party leader.

12. Reserve the instance by asking "Eunha" to open door to Celestial Branch Office.

13. Talk to him again and enter the instance.

14. Talk to "Eunha" again after entering the instance and listen to a dialogue between him and "Heeun".

15. Follow the navigation down south and talk to "Eunha" again.

16. After the dialogue, "Heeun" will attack you.

17. Defeat him and talk to "Eunha" again.

18. Follow navigation back up north. Talk to "Eunha" again.

19. He will change you to Sky Emperor after the dialogue ends and teleport you out of the instance.
