Down Tempo (Alt: Eternal Chaos) is a 2nd class active ensemble skill available as Bard, Minstrel, Dancer and Gypsy.
Effect
Performs an ensemble that will reduces defense of enemies within 9x9 cells around the user to 0. This skill can only be used in PvP environment.
