Description

Deals damage on a single target when in Banding. Requires three or more Royal Guards in Banding. The damage and number of hits is further increased by the number of Royal Guards in Banding and also changes the effect. If you don't have more than 2 Royal Guard in Banding you can still use it if you are in Inspiration. Can only be used with Spear class weapons and will drain half the SP cost (60) from all other Royal Guards in Banding.
