Description
Temporarily endow a Party Member's weapon with the Wind property for this skill's duration. This skill's level affects the property endowment success rate. If the skill fails, the weapon will be unequipped and no elemental attribute will be applied. Each cast consumes 40 SP and 1 Wind of Verdure regardless of skill level or success.
