Description
Temporarily endow a Party Member's weapon with the Water property for this skill's duration. This skill's level affects the property endowment success rate. If the skill fails, your weapon is un-equiped and no elemental attribute will be applied. Each cast consumes 40 SP and 1 Crystal Blue regardless of skill level or success.

Notes
- Despite what the in game description as well as the main Ragnarok Online website may say, Failing to endow DOES NOT break or damage your weapon. All it does is de-equip the weapon. This means that on a battle sage build, level 1 Endows is enough for self endows.
