Fatal Menace (Alt: Fatal Menace) is a 3rd class offensive skill available as Shadow Chaser.
Effect
Strike a target and all foes around the target. This skill affects the HIT when being used, on lowers levels penalizes it and on higher levels bonuses it.
You can use this skill with any weapon. And don't need arrows equipped if with a bow, but its range is still 2.

Notes
- Due to negative hit of lower levels, one tends to not hit everything within AoE.
- If used with a Dagger class weapon, skill will deal 2 hits.
