Ice Launcher (Alt: Cold Shower) is a 3^rd class Madogear offensive skill available as Mechanic.

Effect

Inflicts Water property Ranged Physical Damage to all enemies in a set area around the targeted location. It has a chance of leaving them either freezing or frozen. Cast Time cannot be interrupted and each cast consumes 1 Liquid Condensed Bullet, 1 Magic Gear Fuel and 20 SP regardless of the skill level.
