Wind Charm (Alt: Kazehu Seiran) is an Expanded 2nd class active skill available as Kagerou and Oboro.
Effect
This summons a Wind Charm. These orbit your head like a Monk's Spirit Sphere. You may have up to 10 wind charms up at once. If you have 10 wind charms, increases physical damage against water property enemies by 30%.
Wind Charms increase damage inflicted with wind element Ninja skills:
- Wind Blade: +20% per charm (+200% with 10 charms)
- Lightning Jolt: +20% per charm (+200% with 10 charms)
- First Wind: +100% per charm (+1000% with 10 charms)
The damage is added on skills' MATK rate, instead of directly amplifying the skill damage.
Notes
- Summoning charms of any other element will remove all charms.
- Charms are removed by skills that remove spirit spheres.
- Charms will disappear when relog or move to other maps server.

- Increases First Wind damage bonus from 10% to 100% per 1 charm.
- If 10 Wind Charms are collected. No longer enchants weapon with wind property and adds the effect to increases physical damage against water property enemies by 30%.
