Arbitrium (Alt: Arbitrium) is a 4th class active skill available as Cardinal.
Effect
Calls the powerful light judgement to inflict Holy elemental magic damage to the target.
- Has chance of inflicting
Silence to the target.
- The light then explodes on the target to inflict additional Holy elemental magic damage to surrounding enemies.
