Arbitrium (Alt: Arbitrium) is a 4th class active skill available as Cardinal.

Effect

Calls the powerful light judgement to inflict Holy elemental magic damage to the target.

  • Has chance of inflicting Silence Silence to the target.
  • The light then explodes on the target to inflict additional Holy elemental magic damage to surrounding enemies.
