Oratio (Alt: Oratio) is a 3rd class active skill available as Arch Bishop.
Effect
Attempts to place a debuff on all enemies in a 31x31 area around the user that decreases resistance to the Holy property. The success rate is calculated individually for each target.

Notes
- Note: On iRO (Jan 4, 2022), the holy resist decrease is bugged and is half of what it should be. Jan 1, 2024 - still bugged.
- For example, level 5 decreases holy resist by 5% when it should be 10%
- This skill affects all monsters, including Boss monsters.
- This skill affects concealed enemies (Hiding, Cloaking, Hide).
- Recasting this skill will not overwrite the duration of an afflicted target.
Applications
- This skill is useful for revealing the presence and location of concealed enemies in castles during sieges.
