Applies all the effects of Blessing on the user and all party members in a set area around the user.

If there is someone who can't be buffed (Madogear Mechanic or an Undead property player), the effect of this skill will only be delivered to the caster and whoever is between the party leader and the Undead property player / Madogear Mechanic in the Party Window.
